Today is it.
One year.
I have no words for how I feel about today, but I need to say thank you. Thank you for your support, advice, and words of encouragement. Thank you for caring, for reading, for commenting. Thank you for being part of my life for the last year. I wouldn't be in the land of the living instead of the land of existing without this blog and without the people who read it.
And if you've been here a while you know about my love of Peeps. I just couldn't resist buying something I found at the store for my special treat for today.
But an even bigger treat would be hearing from you today. Please leave me a comment - I really would love to hear who is out there!

Its been quite a journey for you over these days of this past yr. Knowing how you enjoy your peeps, good choice. I dont comment here as much since ive moved back to Idaho and am nearer to you, but as you know i still read with daily devotion to your words. Ive seen what a struggle its been and also seen that wonderful smile of yours surface. Keep up the journey of living and letting us view your great pictures of life. Love, Mom
ReplyDeleteHuge congratulations, Deb!! What an accomplishment and what a journey! 'Can't wait to see what you do next!
ReplyDeleteCongrats! I love your peep treat. You inspired me to really focus on living, not just existing. Thanks for sharing your life with us!
ReplyDeleteIn the comfort of my home I have followed you daily on your year long journey. I have laughed, shed tears of joy & tears of sadness and cheered you on as the days evolved. Your determination, dedication and courage have been an inspiration to me & countless others I imagine. As I watch your slide show today I sit in awe at the countless hours you donated to charitable groups - do realize how many lives you have touched with your giving heart?! Be proud of what you have accomplished & along with your peeps celebrate YOU!! ~ karen
ReplyDeleteThank you, Deb! You have encouraged, educated, and inspired me. You help me keep going when migraines try to grind me to a halt. I wish I could write like you. I left teaching art this year because of the toll it was on my body and mind. I am so blessed that I discovered you. I continue to sew quilts for charity also. I just love yours. I wish I could give you a hug and I am not a huggy person. Maybe we could all send each other a quilt square or something. Thank you so much for your sharing and effort. God Bless you in your future work and prayer for your physical pains.

ReplyDeleteDeb, your are an amazing woman! To go through all the things that have been going on in your life, you still found the time to reach out. Your blog has been an inspiration to me. I surfed in because of your sewing room organization blog/photo came up when I was gathering ideas for organizing my "crap" room. I spent several hours reading your posts from day 1 through mid-January, and looked forward to reading them. You inspired me to turn my "crap" room in to a craft room. It's not finished yet but I have been having fun making it happen. I now enjoy spending time in my CRAFT room. Since I work two jobs, it's a been a long drawn out process. Your daily posts have shown me that no matter what is going on in our lives, you can find joy in living, and even sharing the little things. Thank you for sharing your life with me Deb!

I have a lady in my Sunday School class who also has RA, as does her daughter, and your blog has helped me to appreciate what their lives must be like on a daily basis. Your courage not to let your health challenges get the best of you is inspiring!

ReplyDeleteI began reading your blog a couple month ago after finding your tutorials through a google search. I've made a couple things, and have been please with the results. I don't read often, but always catch up on all the posts when I do read. I'm impressed you've kept up with blogging every day. I'm even more impressed with all you do... Looking forward to reading through another year (and following you coast to coast. *grin*).
